• Overall communication/updates/advertising with parents including WhatsApp Groups and Text Groups

• Child Protection and Welfare

Head Coach

This includes;

• Producing your child's routines

• Choosing level of competitions

• Entry forms for all competitions (Petra collates this info)

• Completion of Routine Cards (in FIG format) for competitions

• Leotards and tracksuits (design and rules compliance)

• Overall competition programme for your child

• Instagram and TikTok

• Child Protection and Welfare

This includes; 

• Website Design and Content Management, Google Forms

• Rules - British Gymnastics, British Schools Gymnastics Association, English Trampoline, League Trampoline

• Admin tasks when required to support BTA

• Facebook (closed group page), Press Releases, Media Advertising

• Annually booking hall hire at Hayesfield (dates supplied by Petra/Simon)
